Fast forward to 2013, I had the privilege of becoming the Head of Marketing and Communications at the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, working alongside 1,300 members, with 40% of them being local restaurants, was a dream come true. From serving on the Convention and Visitor's Bureau's PR Advisory Board to creating a captivating campaign for New Orleans Restaurant Week, I immersed myself in promoting and celebrating the vibrant culinary scene.

In 2016, I made my way to Miami as a Digital Marketing Strategist at the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. The opportunity to explore Miami's diverse restaurant landscape and build relationships with influential decision-makers was exhilarating. Within eight months, I achieved a remarkable 561% increase in social media engagement for the chamber, making a tangible impact.
